One workflow from bookkeeping to year-end

Start with bank and cash reconciliation, then check the tax account, receivables, payables and supporting documents. Review accruals, prepayments, depreciation, inventory, holiday-pay liabilities and doubtful debts where relevant.

Check VAT periods, tax allocation reserves and the corporate-tax calculation before posting. Review the income statement, balance sheet and closing schedules together in the year-end binder. Transfer the year’s result and lock the fiscal year when the accounts have been reviewed.

Prepare the annual report and INK2 files

For a Swedish AB using K2, prepare and review the annual report, including the relevant notes, proposed profit allocation and approval information. Use the editable annual-report workflow and available Word/PDF output to review the document before signing.

In the tax-return section, create INFO.SRU and BLANKETTER.SRU for INK2R (financial statements) and INK2S (tax adjustments). Check the complete return, including the main form and any additional schedules. An exported file is not a filed or signed return.

Two authorities, two filing tasks

The corporate income tax return goes to Skatteverket. Transfer the relevant files using the applicable service, complete the return, arrange an authorised signature and save the receipt. Its deadline depends on the fiscal-year end: check Skatteverket’s current filing dates.

The annual report goes to Bolagsverket separately. Hold the annual general meeting within six months of the fiscal-year end. Submit the annual report within one month after the meeting and no later than seven months after the fiscal-year end. Follow the applicable signature and submission requirements. This page does not promise direct digital filing to Bolagsverket from UNIKBOK.

What is included for SEK 200/month?

The subscription costs SEK 200/month excluding VAT per company and includes bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll for up to five employees, up to three users, VAT, year-end tools, annual reporting and SRU export. Automatic bank connection is optional at SEK 500/year; bank statement import is included.

Try UNIKBOK for two months. Eligible newly started businesses can qualify for six months. You can also import SIE4 bookkeeping from your previous software, continue the closing work and invite your accountant as one of your users.

Designed to make the work easier to review

Work from the same bookkeeping instead of copying balances into a separate year-end program. Use the public calculators to explore tax and reserve choices, then review the actual company records and supporting documents inside UNIKBOK. Complex transactions, K3 requirements or uncertain tax positions may need professional advice.

Frequently asked questions

No. You must check the complete return, transfer the files through the appropriate service, arrange the authorised signature and keep the receipt.

Can I switch accounting software before year-end?

You can import SIE4 bookkeeping and continue in UNIKBOK. Reconcile opening balances, vouchers and outstanding items before completing the year-end.
